Job summary

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with clinical, commercial, IT, and data partners, mentor junior data scientists, and drive data-driven decisions that impact patients and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 6-8+ years applying predictive modeling techniques and data transformation.
• 6-8+ years leading programs/projects from initiation to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for opportunities to leverage advanced analytics to reduce primary data needs.
• Deliver impactful data and analytics projects addressing key business questions.
• Co-create plans and priorities with stakeholders and IT teams.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and translators in analytics applications.
• Drive regional and local data-driven insights research and analytics plans.
• Foster a data science community with business acumen and cross-functional collaboration.
