Qualifications

• Actively pursuing an Accounting degree with CPA eligibility plans (150 credit hours).
• Eligible candidates should be in the 3rd/4th year of their program.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial analysis and visualization.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with adaptability to fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with core financial due diligence to identify risks and deal breakers.
• Analyze income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and key data.
• Synthesize data into observations for client discussions and decisions.
• Assess earnings quality, net assets, and cash flows of targets.
• Leverage data analytics and AI tools to enhance analysis and visuals.
• Contribute to deal reports and client presentations for investment decisions.
