Qualifications

• Active accounting student pursuing degree with CPA eligibility goals.
• 3rd year of a 4-year or 4th year of a 5-year program.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint with financial analysis and data visualization.
• Passion for accounting and financial due diligence.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Inclusive mindset and willingness to contribute to a diverse workplace culture.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and manage multiple projects.
• Travel flexibility and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with core financial due diligence by identifying key risks and deal breakers.
• Analyze detailed financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Synthesize data into observations for discussions with target management and drive conclusions.
• Assess the quality of earnings, net assets and cash flows.
• Leverage data analytics and AI-enabled tools to enhance financial analysis and create insights.
• Prepare deal-oriented reports and client presentations for investment decisions.
• Participate in meetings with target company management and client personnel.
