Qualifications

• Pursuing Accounting degree with CPA eligibility (150 credit hours).

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial analysis.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with core financial due diligence and assess deal risks.
• Analyze income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and key data.
• Translate data into observations for management discussions.
• Evaluate earnings quality and cash flows of targets.
• Leverage data analytics and AI tools to enhance analyses and visuals.
• Prepare deal-oriented reports and client presentations.
