Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking an Associate Director of Project Management in Lawrence Township, NJ to co-lead strategic and operational planning for early/late development programs. You will partner with the Global Program Lead and Global Project Manager to align cross-functional teams around milestones, timelines, and budgets while delivering on portfolio goals.

The role requires 10+ years in biotech/pharma, an advanced degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Advanced degree (Ph.D. desirable) in Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical Sciences, or other relevant discipline.
PMP certification is desirable.
BS/MS degrees in a scientific discipline in combination with 8+ years of drug development experience will be considered.
Experience leading cross-functional matrix teams in biotech/pharma is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead sub-teams of the Global Program Team to drive integrated program execution plans.
Coordinate GPT activities including milestone setting, budget forecasting, and resource planning.
Facilitate team goal setting and tracking for governance and end-of-year evaluation.
Manage GPT sub-teams and prepare for governance interactions at inflection points.
Own cross-functional program strategy, timelines, budget, quality, and risk management.
