Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical production with a production management role.
• Hands-on experience in frontline production at a US or EU GMP manufacturing site.
• Native-level fluency in both Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily upstream operations at China facilities.
• Lead execution of clinical or commercial projects.
• Replicate operational excellence model at overseas site.
