Job summary

Imricor is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager - Downstream in Burnsville, MN. This role leads development and execution of commercial downstream strategies and supports US launches, while coordinating market access and pricing efforts across the US and EU.

You will partner with Sales and Marketing to expand Imricor’s footprint in Europe and the United States, ensuring compliance with Quality System requirements and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing or related field.
• 5–7 years in product marketing/management in electrophysiology.
• Experience launching electrophysiology products.
• Strong understanding of electrophysiology market landscape.
• Ability to translate complex information for broad audiences.
• Clear communication of strategy and implementation plans.
• Comfort facilitating discussions with sales and clinicians.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the global access strategy for new and existing devices.
• Secures reimbursement in key markets including the US, EU, and Middle East.
• Develops cost-effectiveness models, budget impact analyses, and builds proof points for payers.
• Leads global pricing strategies and manages pricing governance process.
• Provides market intelligence- including reimbursement systems and variables- for internal stakeholders.
• Supports initiatives such as speaker programs, advisory boards, and product feedback sessions in partnership with Sales, Clinical, and Marketing.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.
