Imricor, based in Minnesota, seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead Global Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Field Service, and Facilities. This role will drive continuous improvement initiatives, align operations with strategic objectives, and ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Leads global manufacturing operations, including production, testing, process development, and validation activities.
• Oversees manufacturing processes, production equipment, test systems, controlled environments, and workflow optimization.
• Develops and implements strategies to improve operational efficiency, product quality, throughput, and cost performance.
• Establishes and monitors KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Partners with manufacturing engineers to ensure produc t-for-manufacturability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborates with Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain to maintain inventory levels and support demand.
• Directs all aspects of supply chain operations: procurement, sourcing, supplier management, inventory control, warehousing, logistics.
• Oversees strategic supplier partnerships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost competitiveness.
• Oversees demand planning and sales forecasting to align inventory with demand.
• Drives inventory optimization while maintaining service level objectives.
• Ensures shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations across the organization.
• Identifies and mitigates supply chain risks through proactive planning and contingency strategies.
• Develops and implements field service strategies, processes, systems, and performance metrics.
• Ensures efficient execution of product installations, upgrades, maintenance, and repair services.
• Collaborates with Sales and Customer Success to prepare customer sites for installation and service.
• Drives service excellence initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
• Establishes scalable service programs to support growth.
• Directs facility maintenance, workplace safety, security, and environmental compliance programs.
• Ensures facilities support current and future operational requirements.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
• Partners with EHS to promote a strong safety culture.
• Serves as a strategic member of the executive leadership team, contributing to planning and decisions.
• Develops operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Fosters accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and employee engagement.
• Leads organizational change and supports growth strategies.
• Develops succession plans and leadership capabilities within Operations.
