Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Downstream Marketing, or Global Marketing.
• Experience in international business environment; medical devices, imaging, or health tech preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or related field.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and KPI-driven decision making.
• Willing to travel 25-40% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global downstream commercialization strategy for the Advanced Imaging portfolio, including value propositions, claims, pricing, go-to-market plans, and launch campaigns.
• Define and execute the annual global marketing plan; translate global priorities into actionable regional plans.
• Collaborate with regional marketers to develop local launch and go-to-market strategies with strong alignment to markets.
• Serve as product champion for regional marketing and sales teams with messaging, training, tools, and activation support.
• Lead through influence across cross-functional teams to achieve KPI targets; travel 25-40%.
