Job summary

Omni Specialty Packaging is seeking a Distribution Manager to lead warehouse operations across the United States and Mexico, ensuring safe, cost-effective movement of goods. You will drive inventory accuracy, coordinate with OMX, and oversee 3PLs while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires ERP/WMS and IFS experience, multi-site leadership, and strong cross-functional collaboration across planning, production, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5–10+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience.
• Experience managing inventory control, shipping, receiving, transportation, and order fulfillment.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration between customer service, planning, operations, logistics, and accounting functions.
• Multi-site distribution leadership experience preferred.
• ERP/WMS experience required; IFS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across U.S. and Mexico distribution locations.
• Ensure OTIF delivery across all channels.
• Coordinate with 3PLs and Mexico OMX operations.
• Oversee inventory flow and accuracy; maintain cycle counts and FIFO/FEFO.
• Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
