Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend court hearings and client meetings under attorney supervision.
• Support preparation for court appearances, client meetings, and witness interviews.
• Coordinate with local counsel, experts, investigators and other providers in support of cross-border matters.
• Conduct factual and financial analysis in support of complex matters.
• Conduct legal research under attorney supervision.
• Draft court documents under attorney supervision.
• Review and analyze disclosure and legal documents under attorney supervision.
• Manage day-to-day case and matter administration.
• Prepare attorney and client binders.
• Maintain case and firm information systems.
