Job summary

Deloitte Cyber in the United States is seeking an Engineering Manager II to lead Active Directory engagements across assessment, design, migration, implementation, and post-implementation phases.

You will architect and secure AD environments, integrate with Microsoft Entra ID, and guide migrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 50% is expected; visa sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical consulting, enterprise infrastructure, identity security, or Active Directory engineering.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience designing, securing, assessing, migrating, or operating Microsoft Active Directory environments.
• Experience with enterprise AD services including domain/forest architecture, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, LDAP, and recovery.
• Experience leading or supporting AD migrations, separations, or consolidations.
• Experience with migration tooling such as ODM or Semperis migration capabilities.
• Experience with identity threat detection, identity resilience, cyber recovery, or recovery tooling.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Leading Active Directory engagements across assessment, design, migration, implementation, stabilization, and post-implementation phases.
• Performing and overseeing AD assessments covering architecture, DNS, DHCP, replication, GPOs, trusts, and service accounts.
• Designing and implementing AD security and hardening, including RBAC, GPO controls, and identity threat recovery.
• Architecting and supporting enterprise AD environments, including hybrid identity with Entra ID and federation.
• Leading or supporting domain/forest migrations, discovery, cutover planning, validation, rollback, and post-migration stabilization.
