Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 10+ years of experience in electronics materials, electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, advanced materials, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Wave & Wire product portfolio, including revenue growth and profitability.
• Define and execute long-term portfolio strategy and roadmap.
• Lead portfolio lifecycle management, including pricing, SKU optimization, and investments prioritization.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with finance, procurement, R&D, and operations.
• Manage and develop Product Management teams and leadership across regions.
