Job summary

3E seeks a results-driven leader to enhance the global implementation function, overseeing new customer deployments, post-sale value realization, and renewals support. You will build scalable processes, improve delivery visibility, manage risks, and accelerate customer value across 3E’s product portfolio.

Reporting to the VP of Customer Experience, you will partner with CX, Sales, PM, Product, and Support leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS implementation and delivery operations.
• 6+ years leading global or multi-region teams.
• Proven record in complex enterprise software implementations.
• Experience with commercial-scale implementations (>$5M ARR).
• Strong link between implementation work and customer value.
• Experience using AI, automation, dashboards, or digital workers.
• Ability to establish scalable project health systems and go-live readiness.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and transformation.
• Strong customer-facing presence and stakeholder collaboration.
• Based in US Eastern Time Zone and eligible to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global Customer Implementations team for complex deployments across products.
• Set expectations, rhythms, and delivery standards; drive accountability.
• Raise standards for delivery quality, risk management, and value realization.
• Build scalable implementation practices, governance, and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project health and delivery risks early.
• Increase visibility into project health, risk, and performance with dashboards.
• Lead through ambiguity with structured, practical solutions.
• Collaborate with executives across CX, Sales, PM, Support, and Tech.
• Coach talent and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Explore AI/workflow tools to scale operations and improve reporting.
