Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Director of Marketing Service Solutions to lead the global marketing strategy for service offerings, including persona development, buyer journey mapping, value propositions, competitive positioning, thought leadership, content strategy, and campaign development.

The role partners with global marketing and service portfolio leaders to drive service growth across HVAC, Controls, Fire Detection, and lifecycle solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years of global marketing strategy experience.
• 4+ years leading marketing teams.
• 4+ years of campaign performance analysis.
• Strong analytics and KPI-driven mindset.
• Experience with AI tools to improve marketing outputs.

Responsibilities

• Develop global personas and buyer journeys for Johnson Controls Service offerings.
• Create value propositions and messaging frameworks.
• Lead global thought leadership, content strategy, and marketing asset development.
• Build and manage subject matter expert networks for content creation and launches.
• Develop and execute breakthrough global campaign strategies aligned to revenue goals.
• Partner with service portfolio leaders and regional marketing teams to support growth initiatives.
• Create sales enablement tools and messaging frameworks that support commercial success.
• Lead launch communications for new service offerings across the Johnson Controls portfolio.
