Qualifications

• Advanced degree in science or medicine.
• 10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or Scientific Communications.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Experience leading global communication strategies and integrated planning processes.
• Experience in Nephrology or Immunology strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global scientific communications strategy across assigned assets.
• Chair cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across content and external engagement strategies.
• Oversee development and execution of Medical Communication Plans, including content strategy and channels.
• Ensure IMCPs are integrated into annual asset planning and aligned with corporate goals.
• Drive innovation in content design, with emphasis on omnichannel delivery and digital tools.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of professionals.
