Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in science, medicine, or related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or Scientific Communications.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience, including team management and global strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of a global scientific communications strategy for assigned CNS assets.
• Chair cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across content, channels, and external engagement strategies.
• Oversee development of Scientific Communication Platform, core lexicon, and modular content assets.
• Drive innovative content design and omnichannel engagement, including digital tools and AI-enabled approaches.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and scientific accuracy across all communications.
• Lead annual scope-of-work planning, budget, and agency partnerships for efficient delivery.
