The role demands 8–10 years of risk management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with internal stakeholders, brokers, and legal teams to minimize risk and optimize coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or Associate Risk Management or Certificate in Property Casualty Underwriter preferred.
• 8–10 years of risk management experience with finance, tax, and accounting knowledge as applied to risk and insurance programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cost-effective insurance financing strategies while maintaining corporate coverage.
• Partner with brokers, carriers, and consultants to secure favorable terms and support evolving business needs.
• Direct claims management activities including settlements, reserving, and broker performance.
• Review contracts and programs to minimize liability exposure and enhance coverage.
• Manage insurance cost allocation and financial reporting across subsidiaries.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate organizational risks through risk management programs and loss prevention.
