Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Portfolio Insights and Analysis to join the Global Commercial Strategy Organization in Raritan, NJ. You will lead competitive intelligence and market research capabilities, synthesize insights across therapeutic areas, and influence cross-portfolio decisions for senior leadership.

The role reports to the Sr. Director, Global Strategy and Analysis and may partner with VP, Portfolio Innovation & Commercialization Strategy. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, quantitative, or life sciences preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Analytics and Insights roles including forecasting, market research, competitive intelligence, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in leadership roles that required developing and driving insights, analytics, and/or commercial strategy.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams is required.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority; broad understanding of pharmaceutical R&D, regulatory strategy, and competitive dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global insights center of excellence generating strategic insights for the J&J Innovative Medicine portfolio.
• Deliver competitive intelligence and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Advance the technology roadmap and integrate AI capabilities to generate insights into the global portfolio.
• Develop a Global Insights Roadmap and playbook with Commercialization Excellence to uncover customer insights.
