Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of Portfolio Insights and Analysis to join the Global Commercial Strategy Organization in Raritan, NJ. You will lead a global insights center of excellence and drive CI/MR capabilities to inform portfolio decisions across GCSO.

Responsibilities include advancing platforms like Signal/Margo, developing global roadmaps, and partnering with senior leaders to synthesize insights for strategic initiatives and long-range planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in analytics/insights roles including forecasting, market research, competitive intelligence.
5+ years in leadership developing insights & analytics and/or commercial strategy.
Experience working with cross-functional teams; ability to influence without authority; strong pharma R&D understanding.

Responsibilities

Lead global insights center of excellence that generates strategic insights for the J&J Innovative Medicine portfolio in support of LRFP, 10-year outlook, BP, and EBR.
Deliver relevant competitive intelligence and insights to support GOC and GCSO strategic decision-making.
Advance the technology roadmap, including Signal and Margo, and integrate AI capabilities for portfolio insights.
Develop a Global Insights Roadmap and playbook with Commercialization Excellence.
Co-lead the GCSO Insights and Analytics Forum with TA/DAS leads; support long-term forecasting for LRFP and BP.
