Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required and advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in Analytics and Insights roles including forecasting, MR, CI, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership in insights/analytics or commercial strategy.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams is required.
- Ability to influence without direct authority; pharma R&D knowledge helpful.
Responsibilities
- Lead a global insights center of excellence for the J&J Innovative Medicine portfolio.
- Deliver competitive intelligence and insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop a Global Insights Roadmap and playbook with Commercialization Excellence.
- Support senior management reviews with scenario analyses and recommendations.
- Introduce AI capabilities to enhance strategic insights.
