Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/PhD with 8–12+ years in drug development or commercialization.
• Deep technical expertise in small molecule formulation and process development.
• Experience authoring regulatory submissions and responding to questions.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of product portfolio and control strategies across scales.
• Lead the department’s portfolio and ensure execution across PCT.
• Translate priorities into actionable steps and hold teams accountable.
• Sponsor continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop partnerships and sponsorship frameworks with peers.
• Oversee core functions including GMP, safety, and regulatory interfaces.
