Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Director of Building Automation to define automation strategy for OCI’s global data center portfolio. You will lead managers and engineers to govern BMS, OT controls, and cybersecurity while partnering with IT, security, and facilities teams.

You will drive standards across regions, oversee large integration efforts, and champion analytics, smart building tech, and scalable automation to improve uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in controls engineering/building automation leadership.
• Experience defining standards for OT/ICS and cybersecurity.
• Proven track record managing multi‑site automation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and standards for BMS and OT controls in OCI data centers.
• Define long‑term architecture, alarm philosophy, and cross‑vendor integration.
• Oversee design, commissioning, and operations of major automation initiatives.
• Align cybersecurity requirements with IT and security teams and drive modernization.
