Job summary

Sanmina Fremont is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead strategic purchasing, supplier relationships, and cost optimization across divisions. You will drive PPV programs, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with Corporate/Global Sourcing to ensure materials availability aligns with production plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in SCM, Purchasing, Business or Engineering.
MBA or advanced degree preferred; professional certifications are valued.
Extensive procurement experience in EMS/contract manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead divisional procurement strategy and supplier contracts.
Drive PPV, cost-out initiatives and TCO reductions.
Govern supplier performance and risk management through QBRs.
Oversee MRP-aligned purchasing and cross-functional onboarding of programs.
Mentor procurement teams and standardize processes for efficiency.
