Sanmina Newark, CA is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to manage procurement activities, RFQs, and supplier relations. The role requires coordinating with engineering and production to ensure material availability, expediting and resolving issues, and supporting cost-saving initiatives. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of Oracle, M3K and MRP production processes.
• Strong negotiation and cost-analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate purchasing activities and monitor supplier delivery.
• Release RFQs for price and availability using MRP or manual reqs.
• Negotiate price, volume and delivery dates with suppliers.
• Process RMAs and resolve supply chain issues to meet production needs.
• Support engineering changes and PPV when applicable.
