Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in engineering and 15+ years in advanced manufacturing or engineering leadership.
• Experience leading multi-site or global teams in medical device or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong track record in process optimization, automation, and cost reduction.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and executive leadership for global engineering and advanced manufacturing.
• Architect and implement long-term engineering roadmaps aligned with growth and innovation.
• Lead large-scale process optimization, automation, and cost-reduction initiatives across sites.
• Champion adoption of advanced technologies and digital manufacturing.
• Develop and standardize world-class manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency.
• Build and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure engineering excellence.
• Establish and report on key engineering metrics for product quality and time-to-market.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and global standards.
• Influence capital investments to support long-term manufacturing strategy.
• Provide technical advisory to senior executives and contribute to strategic planning.
