Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Senior Director, Media & Growth to lead our global paid media strategy and drive measurable growth across consumer and merchant businesses. This senior role intersects performance marketing, brand media, and data-driven customer acquisition, translating business objectives into integrated media plans that scale outcomes.

You will manage agency partners, platform partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, reporting to the SVP of Marketing Operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strategic leadership in marketing, with global paid media strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear, compelling vision and strategy for the marketing function.
• Lead the global paid media strategy across channels (search, social, display, video, streaming, OOH, emerging platforms).
• Own growth targets (GNA, MAA) through paid media investment and full-funnel performance marketing.
• Guide data measurement frameworks (MMM, multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing) to optimize impact.
