Job summary

Zinpro Corporation is seeking a Director for IsoFerm with global scope to drive growth, oversee a multinational team and align go-to-market strategy across regions. The role focuses on strategic leadership, new business development, and sales execution in the dairy nutrition space.

You will partner with marketing, product, finance and HR to ensure successful market expansion, compliance and talent development, while supporting US-based customers and managing a substantial travel schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a Sr. Manager or influencer role leading customer activities in a region or business unit.
• Experience and passion for the dairy industry.
• Experience leading new business development in untapped markets.
• Experience developing and implementing business strategies in Agriculture, Food and nutrition industries.
• Strong communication skills with clear prioritization for self and team.

Responsibilities

• Drives profitable sales growth by leading sales and technical teams with focus on US-based customers.
• Develops and executes strategic business plans to grow IsoFerm in line with enterprise objectives.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business activities.
• Manages IsoFerm's budget, resources, and sales forecasts and advises on investments.
• Aligns team roles with regional targets to support IsoFerm's growth.
• Monitors dairy market trends and identifies opportunities for new solutions.
• Collaborates with marketing to develop campaigns for new products and services.
• Partners with HR to coordinate training, staffing and evaluations.
