The role focuses on GAAP-compliant reporting, internal controls, and close governance, partnering with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate financial results. The position requires CPA, 8+ years in U.S. GAAP, and 4+ years of people management in a multinational setting; SAP/QAD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• CPA is required.
• 8+ years of accounting experience focused on U.S. GAAP, incl. inventory, product costing, fixed assets.
• 4+ years of direct people-management experience in a large multinational.
• Extensive internal controls and SOX experience; change management.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inventory, Product Costing, and Fixed Assets accounting teams in the U.S., fostering high performance.
• Mentor team members, provide growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate on initiatives, system implementations, and cross-functional process improvements.
• Ensure global consistency in accounting practices and internal controls.
• Serve as key contact for auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Oversee budgeting for the department and major projects.
