The role oversees inventory, product costing, and fixed assets, driving governance, process improvements, and collaboration with stakeholders.

The position includes direct budgetary responsibility, cross-functional leadership, and engagement with auditors for audits and reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• CPA certification is required.
• 8+ years of accounting experience with US GAAP, inventory, product costing, fixed assets.
• 4+ years of direct people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inventory, Product Costing, and Fixed Assets accounting teams in the U.S.
• Mentor and develop team members and leaders.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements.
• Ensure internal controls and GAAP compliance across global operations.
• Act as liaison with auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
