• Life Cycle Management: managing each product’s journey from initial idea through development, manufacturing, service, maturity, and retirement.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: develop and execute a clear product strategy and multi-year roadmap for the assigned product category, aligning with business objectives.
• Market Research & Value Proposition: conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and gaps; define compelling value propositions.
• New Product Development & Innovation: identify opportunities, build business cases, lead Voice of Customer research, and guide engineering to meet customer needs.
• Sales Support & Customer Engagement: support global sales, address inquiries, provide product training, and gather feedback.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with sales, marketing, and engineering to align configurations with market needs.
