Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR/IR, OD/IP, STEM, or business.
• Advanced HR/IP degree or HR certification preferred.
• 8-10 years’ experience in client-facing HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience developing relationships with remote partners and HR colleagues.
• Ability to influence very senior business leaders and align leadership around direction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business leaders to define programs for high performance and ethics.
• Coaches senior leaders to engage, develop, and retain talent.
• Supports performance management and rewards processes to drive accountability and retention.
• Defines an org capability roadmap aligned with business strategy and R&D.
• Ensures resource planning and cross-regional collaboration across HR centers.
