Job summary

Hypertherm Associates is seeking a Director of Environmental Health & Safety to lead a global safety program and advance a culture of safety across manufacturing sites. The role focuses on strategy, systems, and data-driven safety improvements with cross-functional collaboration and regulatory engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of leadership in EH&S, experience with Safety Management Systems, and a proven ability to influence at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (engineering preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive EH&S leadership experience.
• Experience expanding a culture of safety in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing Safety Management Systems.
• Ability to lead through influence and interact with regulatory agencies.
