Job summary

Oracle US is seeking a Senior Director to define OCI’s future infrastructure strategy and lead the Data Center Design, Controls and Power Innovation function. You will build a world-class team spanning mechanical, electrical, controls, and automation, and set long-range roadmaps for high-density AI-ready data centers.

You will partner with strategic suppliers, drive standards for liquid cooling, energy systems, and modular infrastructure, and ensure scalable, reliable deployments globally while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Controls Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in hyperscale data center infra or cloud infrastructure design.
• 8+ years of leadership building and scaling engineering organizations.
• Deep expertise in high-density compute, liquid cooling, and energy systems.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and align cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead OCI Data Center Design, Controls, and Power Innovation function.
• Develop scalable reference architectures for ultra-high-density deployments.
• Define standards for integrated controls across mechanical, electrical, cooling, and energy systems.
• Partner with suppliers and engineering teams to influence next-gen infrastructure.
• Drive innovation in liquid cooling and power optimization strategies.
