Job summary

Fluence is seeking a Director for Service Infrastructure and Cybersecurity to govern Tier 2 global infrastructure, platform operations, and information security. You will lead RMDC/Tier 1 escalation, ensure high availability, security, and scalable growth across enterprise cloud assets and edge environments.

You will collaborate with Field Service Engineers, product engineering, and compliance teams to drive continuous service improvement, uphold SLAs, and safeguard Fluence’s mission-critical

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary infrastructure and security teams.
• Hands-on AWS administration and enterprise networking expertise.
• Strong IaC automation and cloud platform tooling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global AWS resource administration and lifecycle.
• Direct network architecture, ZTA, VPN connectivity to sites.
• Administer Central Data Acquisition Systems and databases.
• Lead IAM governance and security operations.
• Drive IaC automation and deployment pipelines.
• Manage change, CMDB, and disaster recovery planning.
