Job summary

Fluence is seeking a Director for Service Infrastructure and Cybersecurity to lead global infrastructure, RMDC operations, and information security. You will govern AWS cloud resources, network security, and automation pipelines while aligning with ITIL practices and security compliance.

You will collaborate with Field Service Engineers, product teams, and compliance units to ensure high availability, strict SLAs, and resilient enterprise cloud and edge environments worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–12 years in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, cybersecurity, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS Solutions Architect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global AWS resource administration and lifecycle management.
• Lead network security, Zero Trust architecture, and secure connectivity to sites.
• Manage CMDB, asset management, patching, and DR planning.
• Drive IaC, automation, and standardized rollout for OS/platform updates.
