Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 10-12 years in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• 5+ years in technical leadership or management roles.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS Solutions Architect, ITIL (preferred).
• Experience with ICS/SCADA environments; interconnected IT/OT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global AWS resource administration and lifecycle updates.
• Direct network architecture, firewall reviews, and VPN connectivity.
• Administer Central Data Acquisition Systems and MySQL/NoSQL automation.
• Lead platform lifecycle management across Linux OS, firmware, servers, and networking gear.
• Champion IAM governance across AWS with MFA and least privilege.
• Manage cybersecurity operations including vulnerability management and penetration testing.
• Lead global OS/platform/firmware rollouts with Field Service Engineers.
• Oversee site onboarding/decommissioning and change enablement processes.
• Promote IaC and automation to streamline recurring work.
• Maintain global CMDB/site inventory and license tracking.
• Define availability standards and DR plans; conduct DR drills.
