Job summary

Fluence is seeking a Director for Service Infrastructure and Cybersecurity to lead Tier 2 global infrastructure, platform operations, and information security. You will drive AWS cloud administration, Zero Trust, network security, and automation while partnering with engineering, security, and field teams to ensure high availability and compliance across Fluence’s enterprise cloud and edge environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering or related field.
• 10–12 years of progressively responsible IT infra, cloud, or cybersecurity experience.
• At least 5 years in technical leadership or management roles.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS SA, ITIL preferred.
• Experience with energy/industrial IT, ICS/SCADA, or mission-critical infra preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global infrastructure, platform ops, and information security governance.
• Oversee IAM, Zero Trust, vulnerability mgmt, patching, and audits.
• Drive IaC, automated deployments, and runbooks across cloud and edge.
• Manage change enablement, CMDB, capacity planning, and DR/BCP.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers, product teams, and vendors.
