Job summary

cAMPfield Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Clinical Supply Chain in San Diego to lead global supply planning, forecasting, and execution across the clinical portfolio. The role partners with Quality, Process Development, Manufacturing, Finance, and Clinical Development to ensure compliant, cost-effective supply of investigational products worldwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of clinical supply experience in biotech/pharma, with 10+ years leading global Phase II/III studies.
• Proven experience engaging with CROs and complex vendor ecosystems.
• Experience with global regulatory requirements, ICH-GCP, and operational best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global clinical supply chain strategy across multiple programs.
• Serve as the clinical supply chain lead on cross-functional development teams.
• Establish portfolio-level supply planning, capacity models, and risk management.
• Influence executive decisions on supply continuity, inventory, expiry planning, investments.
• Provide governance standards and KPI-driven processes for the supply chain.
