Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent depth of industry experience.
• 10+ years of semiconductor industry leadership experience, with expertise in silicon development, bring-up and validation across memory and high-speed interfaces.
• Proven track record of building and leading global engineering organizations at scale.
• Hands-on experience with SoC development including design, verification, implementation, and interface IP development/integration (DDR/HBM).
• Exceptional executive-level communication and influence for customers, partners, and senior leadership.
• Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional strategy and execution across complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global product and applications engineering organization for SoC journey using Synopsys interface IPs (DDR, HBM).
• Own execution quality and outcomes for complex, high-visibility customer engagements from IP configuration to silicon bring-up.
• Serve as trusted partner to customer engineering leadership, shaping collaboration models and long-term technical engagement strategies.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to translate customer challenges into technical strategies and surface bottlenecks.
• Act as AI and digital transformation leader, championing AI tools in daily workflows and defining success metrics.
• Build, mentor, and retain senior technical leaders across a distributed team.
