With 15+ years in product management and a BS EE background, you will mentor teams, present to executives, and steer revenue growth while advancing industry standards in AI for EDA and semiconductor design.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience, ideally in EDA or semiconductors.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (BS EE) or equivalent technical discipline.
• Expertise in Generative AI, including frameworks, foundation models, training, and inferencing.
• Experience in Digital Design/Implementation, Verification, Signoff, or Analog Design.
• Ability to negotiate, influence, and lead in a matrixed organization.
• Track record of launching, managing, and growing technology products.
• Strong verbal and written communication and public speaking skills.
• Experience with financial analysis, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Understanding of go-to-market planning, packaging, pricing, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and GTM for Synopsys’ AI portfolio.
• Incorporate customer needs, tech trends, and competitive insights into roadmaps.
• Lead integrated marketing strategies including demand generation and thought leadership.
• Develop GTM plans, packaging, pricing, and new business models.
• Engage with customers to capture requirements and anticipate market shifts.
• Build business cases, prioritize product lines, and guide roadmaps.
• Explore inorganic growth opportunities like M&A and partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ecosystem partnerships and lifecycle management.
• Own messaging for AI domains and guide signoff timing analysis.
