Job summary

The Association of International Certified Professional Accountants is seeking a senior Program Manager to oversee a global digital transformation program. You will coordinate across MPC, Digital Product Management, IT leadership and vendor teams, ensuring agile delivery and governance.

You will report to the COO and line-manage a Project Manager in a hybrid US-based role with global impact. The position emphasizes change management and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience, including 3+ years as a PM/PMO for a global digital transformation.
• Experience managing teams and third-party vendor delivery for digital transformation programs.
