Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Digital Strategy & Innovation Manager to oversee and implement global digital initiatives. This onsite role supports a technology client in San Jose/San Francisco, CA and requires 8–12 years of relevant experience, with a focus on leading digital professionals and strategic innovation.

You will mentor staff, coordinate daily activities, manage budgets, and partner with vendors to identify and deploy new digital products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities, schedules, tasks, and deadlines.
• Assist with development and implementation of digital strategies through innovation and automation.
• Guide innovation by launching new digital products, services, and solutions.
• Build relationships with external partners and vendors to identify emerging technologies and trends.
• Collaborate with small business units on digital products and solutions that meet customer needs.
• Manage the department budget and resources to keep projects on time and within cost.
• Apply knowledge across disciplines to improve cross-functional performance.
• Lead by example and align actions with CBRE RISE values; negotiate with external partners when needed.
• Solve multi-dimensional problems using appropriate internal or external resources.
• Improve methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline.
