Job summary

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is seeking a Digital Solutions Service & Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support across business applications and digital solutions in the Americas, with emphasis on stable operations and business continuity.

You will own the regional application landscape, working with business users, developers, IT teams, and external partners to investigate incidents, implement sustainable fixes, maintain documentation, and support transitions from local to global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, IT engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in application and system support in a complex IT environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex issues with ERP and integrations.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for ERP, CRM, EDI and local systems in the Americas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues end-to-end.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and external partners to ensure reliability.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base; contribute to training materials.
• Support transitions from local solutions to global services.
• Drive continuous improvement of support processes and system stability.
