Control Risks is seeking an established consulting leader to manage and grow its Global Digital Risks consulting business worldwide, leveraging threat intelligence, information protection and advisory capabilities. The role demands a decade of experience in consulting or industry roles, with a track record in business development and multi-region delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, or related field. Post graduate degree a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles.
• Demonstrated executive-level leadership to grow a cyber security consulting business.
• Experience managing third parties and cross-practice collaboration.
• Proven ability to integrate cyber, forensics and analytics in a consulting context.
• Strong knowledge of AI risk governance and regulatory considerations.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, AI regulatory expectations.
• Preferred: experience building or managing a cybersecurity program in industry.
• Preferred: IT infrastructure, systems, and controls with data loss prevention.
• Preferred: cyber forensics and electronic discovery knowledge.
• Preferred: threat modeling and analytics expertise.
• Preferred: Spanish/Portuguese language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Act as a senior leader to manage and grow Control Risks' Global Digital Risks consulting capabilities.
• Develop, refine and execute the Global Digital Risks strategy and delivery across advisory, assurance, threat intel and incident response.
• Lead business development, opportunity capture and cross-region delivery with regional Digital Risks teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to talent development within Digital Risks.
