Job summary

Control Risks Group seeks an established consulting leader to manage and grow its Global Digital Risks consulting business. With 10+ years in consulting or industry roles, you will shape strategy, oversee delivery, and drive revenue growth across cyber risk, AI governance, threat intelligence and incident response.

You will coordinate with regional teams, develop new service offerings, and mentor the Digital Risks team while working with wider technology and security businesses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles.
• Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or related field. Post graduate degree a plus.
• Demonstrated executive-level capability to manage and grow a cyber security consulting business, including business development and sales.
• Experience managing third parties and sub-contractors across professional services.
• Proven ability to integrate cyber, forensics and analytics in a consulting context.
• Industry-recognized SME in information security risk mitigation and cyber incident response.
• Familiarity with AI risk and governance frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, ISO/IEC 42001).
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Strategy and business management to guide Global Digital Risks consulting strategy.
• Coordinate with regional Digital Risks teams for a globally consistent offering.
• Grow the Digital Risks Advisory business and its revenue globally.
• Lead on client engagements, ensuring profitability and satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and new technologies in cyber risk.
• Develop and refine new Digital service offerings including AI governance.
• Lead on proposals and engagement for emerging client opportunities.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to leadership within the Digital Risks team.
