Caterpillar, Cat Digital, is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery and global deployment of complex digital initiatives, with a focus on Cat Central. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, business, regional, and dealer networks to ensure successful adoption and outcomes.

The role emphasizes risk management, readiness, and governance, with strong emphasis on communications and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business priorities into operational, tactical, and strategic plans and developing integrated roadmaps.
• Ability to analyze complex situations, evaluate risks and options, and make timely decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Experience overseeing data collection, validation, and translating project data into clear reports and insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, delivery, and global deployment of complex digital initiatives across regions and dealer networks.
• Develop and maintain integrated deployment plans with scope, milestones, resources, risks, and contingencies.
• Drive dealer-facing deployments requiring integration or configuration from readiness through adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align priorities, resolve issues, and deliver project outcomes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies; monitor performance and take corrective action.
• Lead deployment readiness, release governance, go-live coordination, and post-deployment validation.
• Provide clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership on decisions, risks, and outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to project management practices, quality standards, and governance throughout lifecycle.
