Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Digital Program Manager to lead the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) team and support the Owner’s Experience portfolio, including cat.com and dealer websites. You’ll oversee agile, waterfall, and Scrum@Scale practices across digital product development.

As a senior leader, you will drive cross‑functional collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement to deliver enterprise digital solutions at scale.

Qualifications

PMP Certification and/or Trainer Certificate preferred.
Experience with Agile Project Management and Scrum at Scale.
Previous leadership experience with cross-enterprise programs.
Extensive experience with Product Management leading to enterprise results.
Strong stakeholder communications and ability to articulate strategic vision.
Track record of building relationships and fostering positive teamwork environments.

Responsibilities

Leading EPM team to ensure that key Digital Product Development deliverables are accomplished according to product roadmap commitments
Planning and monitoring program management to ensure that quality standards are achieved.
Define needed program management processes and communications for cross-functional collaboration.
