The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in digital marketing, strong analytics, and experience coordinating with external agencies to drive ROI and brand value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a consumer products company, marketing agency, publisher or technology firm.
• Experience leading external agencies or consultants on brand initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of social media best practices and industry trends.
• Experience developing content creator strategies and proving ROI.
• Strong analytical skills with paid/owned/earned social metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build a robust and engaged Jim Beam social community globally.
• Develop and execute a global social media strategy.
• Lead content creator strategy to deliver ROI and brand value.
• Own enhancement and management of the global brand website.
• Lead amplification of global communications via paid, owned and earned digital activity.
• Define and own digital marketing KPIs and CRM program development over time.
