Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Approximately 10+ years of experience in manufacturing technology, plant automation or related.
• Demonstrated success leading global technical teams and contractors.
• Strong coaching, delegation and people-development skills.
• Deep expertise in MES, SCADA, DCS, PLCs, warehousing or robotics.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience improving operational performance via ITIL and incident management.
• Ability to lead across global time zones and travel periodically.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a global Plant & Automation team across sites.
• Set vision, priorities and develop organisational capability.
• Balance demand, capacity and resources for incidents and initiatives.
• Build relationships with manufacturing stakeholders and understand daily operations.
• Influence leaders on priorities, investments and tech roadmaps.
• Oversee digital manufacturing solutions across MES, warehousing and robotics.
• Strengthen operational discipline with ITIL and root-cause analysis.
• Support site cybersecurity of manufacturing tech assets.
• Advance digitalisation and standardisation across tech landscape.
• Encourage adoption of value-driving technologies and practices.
